The developer

Twenty-five years of laying out land properly.

Khaswa Infra's journey began in 1999 with Khizra Enclave near Alkapur. From there the portfolio grew across residential colonies, farm developments, villa plots and township-style projects, most of them in the corridors west and south of Hyderabad.

Before entering private real estate, Mir Tayyab Ali spent approximately eight years with the Government Housing Board, planning, developing and executing large-scale housing projects. That public-sector grounding, in layouts, infrastructure and execution, is what every Khaswa project is built on.
